Bondi Ripple Koa Concert Ukulele

Bondi Ripple Koa Concert Ukulele

Koa has long been the tone wood of choice for ukuleles. In fact, it's believed that the first ukulele was made out of Hawaiian Koa. It's a visually stunning wood with intense striping and orange hues. The wood is so beautiful that it's used in high end furniture.

The Bondi Ripple Koa Series uses this beautiful wood for the top, back, and sides of the body. This creates a balanced tone with a slight mid push. Mahogany is used for the neck because of its stability and feel. The fretboard and bridge are made from ebony and provide a wonderful contrast to the Koa.

The Ripple Koa ukuleles are finished in semigloss to make the striping pop. An elegant Indigo Blue Pearl binding and headstock inlay completes the look. These are high quality ukes with a wonderful tone that stands out in the mix.
